I was surprised by the high quality of the blades, considering the low price point.
I had trouble cutting meat and produce before using these knives, but they cut amazingly well now.
Ceramic knives are fantastic for various purposes like slicing grapes and tomatoes without tearing them up, using a serrated bread knife on fresh loaves of French bread, and carving a Thanksgiving turkey. I personally have two different sets of the Cuisinart ceramic knives and bought five sets for various family members.
I have knives that are beyond sharp, perfectly balanced, and suitable for every job.
