About Cook N Home Kitchen Cookware Sets, 12-Piece Basic Stainless Steel Pots and Pans
Overall Feedback:
86% positive
82% liked the handle comfort, while 18% found them uncomfortable
I like the cookware more than my previous setup, but I wish there was some kind of heat safe grip on the handles because it makes it difficult to stir food without burning myself.
I am constantly getting cut on the sharp metal where the handle connects to the lid.
The handles of the pots and pans are designed to prevent accidental burns, but they still get too hot to handle, especially for smaller pans. It is not comfortable to grip and use.
The handles of the pots and lids become extremely hot and require an oven-mit or glove to touch.
85% liked the lightweight design, whereas 15% found it too heavy
I was searching for lighter weight pans with double handles due to issues with my hands. Finally found them and now I am cooking in them.
I found the set too lightweight and thin, holding a saucepan felt like holding an empty tin can.
80% found it scratch resistant, yet 20% noticed scratches after some use
I received a pan set with small pits and scratches on the interiors, which could allow the transfer of metal ions into the food. This is a safety concern and a negative experience for me.
81% liked the non-stick performance
I rarely have trouble with things sticking to it now, indicating its good non-stick performance.
When cooking with these pans, it's suggested to use a little oil with lean meats and be patient when flipping, letting it naturally release itself from sticking.
85% liked the snug lid fit, whereas 15% found the material light
One of the glass lids broke spontaneously while cooking, which is not good.
75% appreciated the heat distribution; however, 25% found it uneven
I have noticed that only one saucepan has a long handle and the others tend to heat up.
85% appreciated the durability, whereas 15% found it less sturdy
My cookware set has held up extremely well despite frequent use.
After only a month since purchase, my cookware set started showing suspicious residue after washing.
After only one use on low and medium heat, the pots became damaged.
I like the cookware more than my previous setup, but I wish there was some kind of heat safe grip on the handles because it makes it difficult to stir food without burning myself.
These pans are incredibly light-weight and heat up very fast, but struggle to maintain temperatures for searing or when large amounts of food are added.
My set of stainless steel all-clad cookware is 20 years old and still going strong, indicating good scratch resistance.
