The regular size two pocket folder barely fits due to the lunch bag portion at the bottom.

The lunch box pocket is a good idea, but it's not useful for Bentgo lunch boxes as they barely fit anything. Everything else has to be outside the hard-sided lunch box and at the bottom of the bag under all the weight of the cargo.
My primary pocket is not big enough to hold documents larger than 8X11 due to the bottom pocket.
