I have only two issues with the product - the charging time (12hrs to full) and the tires are a very hard rubber that dont really soak up bumps that well. However, I am able to live with these issues.
My scooter is defective as the second charge lasted only for a couple of miles and no more juice was left.

The battery life is good and it is easy to maintain by just plugging in the charger at the end of the day.
I assembled the scooter easily and it worked great initially, but one has already broken down.
