This keyboard-mouse-combo is not suitable for gaming. I faced issues while using the F5 key and number keys. I had to press fn plus F5 to quicksave and fn plus 3 to make it work in game. Usually, you need to press fn plus one of the F keys to do things like volume up or down. The keyboard is reversed.
