I have used this keyboard-mouse combo with different operating systems like Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, iPadOS, and Android without any compatibility issues.
I had difficulty pairing the bluetooth with my older desktop adapter, but it paired well with a bluetooth 4.0 adapter and my 2020 model phone.

I can connect the mouse through Bluetooth or using the included dongle and the keyboard is connected via Bluetooth.
The keyboard can connect seamlessly with up to three devices via 2.4G, Bluetooth, and dual Bluetooth.
The connections are solid and responsive. I have not faced any interference issues even when I had the keyboard down in my tray.
I like the dual connectivity of the keyboard-mouse-combos, which can be connected via 2.4Ghz through a dongle USB or via Bluetooth.
