I bought this jump-starter because it is compatible with the terminals on my Harley battery that face front instead of being on top.

I don't want to risk blowing fuses in my Harley, even though other reviewers have tested the safety feature in the case of reverse polarity and blew fuses. I have double and triple checked that the battery is properly connected, the clamps were properly connected and I am following the instruction manual to the letter.
