I ordered a 1/4 inch version of the drill bits after being impressed with their performance, but have not used it yet.

I used the drill bits to drill screw holes in the metal roof panels for my garage. I drilled about 1200 holes with one bit and it was still cutting good when I finally broke it. I got a second bit and have drilled about 200 holes with it and it is still going strong.
I am disappointed with the durability of the jobber-drill-bits, especially when drilling stainless steel. The bits are no better than plain black oxide bits, which defeats the purpose of cobalt bits.

I used the bit for a long time and it was still cutting well. However, I eventually broke it when I forced it sideways. The bit has good ergonomics and can last a long time with proper use.
