The smallest 4mm jump rings have limited usage as their inside diameter is too small to connect three end to end or attach to something with a dangly or charm.
I have complained that the o-rings cannot be fully closed due to one pointed and one flat end, resulting in a noticeable hairline gap.
I have requested to change the product description to outer diameter to avoid wrong purchases.

I have noticed that the smallest 4mm jump rings are not very useful as their inside diameter is too small to connect three end to end or to connect to something else with a dangly or charm. If they were just a little bigger, they would be perfect. However, there is not much difference between 4mm and 5mm. It appears that the outside diameter of the 4mm could almost fit inside the diameter of the 5mm. I have tried to connect the 4mm to the 5mm, but it is just a little too big.
The size of the jump rings is not consistent. The first ring is 4mm and the others are 3mm, causing a slight size difference.
