I am disappointed with the unit's performance. It was stored in the garage and run every other month.
I had to take my inverter-generator in for repair the first time I tried to start it, and paid $100 to fix something with the carb. The second time I tried to start it, following the maintenance instructions given by the maintenance guy, it did not start again.
The intelligent idle feature is fantastic but it can also fail, leaving the generator unable to do its job even though it is running.
During testing, the start button stopped responding. The warranty department asked me to drive it 2 hours to a service center for repair.
