I got this inverter generator because my previous emergency car-starter power supply only ran my laptop for about 2-1/2 hours and another commenter had issues with a similar but larger unregulated 12V supply that made whining noises.

I was able to run my 37 inch Vizio TV and Nvidia Shield for over 2 hours without any problems. All of my fans work great with it. The max power rating is 300w and multiple devices can be plugged in at once, as long as they do not exceed a 300w draw at one time.
I suggest that the instructions and Amazon website should require users to verify the recharged unit's power output.
