Asus Xonar AE provides better gaming quality sound compared to onboard audio.
After mounting the Asus Soundcard, I initially did not notice any improvement. But later, I tuned my ear to soft and tiny sounds and noticed improvement in streaming movies and radio.

I installed the Xonar AE sound card in my System76 Thelio Mira (which has an Asus ROG Strix Z590-A motherboard) for use as my default/general audio output device. I am happy to report that this sound card worked out of the box of both Linux (Ubuntu/Pop!_OS 21.10) and Windows 11.
It works well with Windows 11 and 12th gen Intel processor and Asus MB.
