65% liked the generous storage capacity, but 35% found it too small
I have to go through the return/refund process while on the road due to the low capacity of my internal solid-state drive. I won't be able to upgrade my laptop's storage capacity until I come home weeks from now, which is causing a huge headache and inconvenience.
I purchased the product for additional disk space, but it started breaking up recordings with missing chunks a few weeks after purchase, conveniently after the return window closed.
The original WD Blues are still going strong. The WD Blue line was advertised as a drop-in replacement for old devices with mechanical drives, but now it depends heavily on an OS that supports TRIM and should not be used as a primary drive with Paging File active.
After moving a few games over, the drive failed completely.

I highly recommend the Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SA510 SATA Internal Solid State Drive for improving the performance of an aging computer or turbocharging your system.
One of my drives just died after using it for about 10 months. I had ordered 2 of these drives on 11/09/2022 and everything seemed fine for a while.
I received a message that my SSD health had suddenly dropped from 100% to 58%, indicating a decrease in durability.
I have been having failures of these SA series drives, which is unacceptable and did not happen with the older WD SSD drives.
