For users who want better performance and longevity or for applications with a lot of disk write activity, the MX series is the superior choice.
I suggest formatting the SSD with less capacity to help in wearing it out.
As I approach 50% drive capacity, I am unable to write data among multiple threads/processes.
My SSD's health degraded after 1.5 years and it has many bad sectors which slowed down my system. The disk usage was mostly at 100%.
