About Corsair MP600 PRO LPX 2TB M.2 NVMe PCIe x4 Gen4 SSD
79% liked the generous storage capacity, but 21% found it too small
The internal solid-state drive fits perfectly in my ps5 M.2 slot and has a 4TB capacity, which is perfect.
I gave a 5-star rating for the storage capacity because it's important to know exactly how much storage I'm buying.

I purchased the 2TB version and the PS5 detected a read speed that was slightly over 6300MBps, which is lower than advertised.

61% appreciated its low power consumption, though 39% noticed higher energy usage
It's a relief not having to remove games to make room for others. This indicates that our internal solid-state drive has sufficient power consumption to handle the load without causing issues.
The Corsair SSD claims to deliver up to 7,100MB/sec sequential read and 6,800MB/sec sequential write speeds for extreme gen4 storage performance on PS5.
I am confused about why the advertised speed was 15.5% off from the actual speed.
I suggest that the 2TB version is a better option than the 4TB version due to its lower price and similar performance. I am even thinking of exchanging the 4TB version as it is not worth the price.

79% praised for its lightning-fast read and write speeds, but 21% experienced slower performance
The read and write speeds are faster than the SSD in the PS5 and the price point is perfect, especially since more expensive ones have slower speeds.
The SSD has faster read and write speeds than the one in the PS5 and is priced perfectly, even though more expensive ones have slower speeds.
The actual read speed is slower than advertised. It should be getting a full generation faster.
I bought this Corsair SSD after ensuring that it is Gen 4 and claims 7100MB/s, but upon testing, I got only 3400MB/s for both read and write.

80% found it compatible with various systems, but 20% encountered compatibility issues
As a PS5 owner, the drive's read speed of over 5500MBps makes it compatible.
I bought the product because of the good reviews and because it works with my PS5.
I found that the SSD advertised as PS5 compatible did not meet the requirements and was incompatible with the console.
The internal solid-state drive needs extra firmware update despite being advertised as a fit for the PS5.
76% praised for its rugged durability, while 24% experienced hardware failure
The internal-solid-state-drive is still fast, ps5 games play flawlessly, and transferring even 100+GB games happens in seconds, not minutes.
The SSD works great with PS5 and took only 5 minutes to install and format. I used a new slotted cover to help dissipate some of the new heat this SSD will emit. It was an open box product, but it had been opened. The foam protector wasnt damaged and all of the original paperwork was included. I am very pleased with the product so far.
It's a relief not having to remove games to make room for others.
The drive arrived in perfect condition, but it did not work and was not recognized.
