I recommend this power supply as it can handle new hardware and GPUs and is so quiet that I forget I even own it.
The PSU is quiet until it goes over 300 watts.
At idle, the PSU fan does not run and neither do the other fans, resulting in a completely silent operation of the internal-power-supplies.
