This card is compatible with built-in Windows 10 Bluetooth and other devices. Some Bluetooth devices don't work with USB Bluetooth dongles due to their own BLE software/driver stack, but this card works beautifully with everything I've tried.
Upgrading to this card gave me a nice boost in performance for both wifi and bluetooth.

Before judging the performance of the card, it is important to download/install the latest drivers and disable the computer's built-in transceivers. I had a bad experience with Bluetooth range after installing the card and found the issue after contacting Tech Support.
