The bottle keeps water cold for 24 hours. I put ice water in at 3PM and it was still very cold at 12PM the next day, even after sitting in a hot car for a few hours.
The bottle kept water cold overnight and the ice cubes didn't fully melt.
The bottle keeps my tea warm for several hours and comes in handy when I walk several miles and get back to my car to warm up, and the tea is still very warm!
