I lost my grip on the bottle a few times while walking from the parking lot to the office or vice versa.
I found it very difficult to twist open the cap, at times impossible, so I stopped using it. I have a bit of a weak grip with some arthritis.
I find it difficult to hold the heavy cup with liquid in it due to the seamless lid design, as I have to grip harder because of my weak wrists.

The bottle can hold 16oz of liquid due to the space required for the lid, even though it can hold 20oz if filled to the top.
The bottle can hold 32oz if filled to the top, but I can only fill it up to 30oz, making it no better than a 30oz tumbler.

I have noticed that the tumbler is not very durable. It cracked around the top of the lid when it fell from the car. I contacted customer service to purchase a replacement lid but they refused to help.
I believe a product made of metal and/or plastic should not break when dropped for the first time, especially if I have used it myself and faced this problem.

The bottle is not 100% leak proof, but rather leak-resistant. It may leak when tipped over or when putting the lid on, and there are sometimes leak issues at the seam.
I accidentally tipped over the bottle and all the iced tea leaked out pretty quickly onto my bed sheets.
