I don't like the bite valves, but the flip valve is a great design. The bottle has a locking valve to prevent spillage.
I have noticed that the bottle doesn't hold temperature and I suspect that it doesn't have a vacuum between the walls.

Sometimes I have to remove the little clear rubber piece if it makes noise, which makes it not leak proof. However, it's not a big issue.
I noticed that the bottle leaks, creating a slipping hazard which is unacceptable in class at the gym.
