The bottle comes with a carrying handle and I have had a good experience using the sipper top with a straw. The sipping spout is rubber-lined to prevent accidental chipping of teeth or jabbing of face.
The handle style on the straw lid is a flexible rubber, making it super comfortable to hold.
I find myself drinking more water throughout the day because this bottle holds more than my older bottles did. I love this bottle because it isn't as heavy and bulky as other bottles I have had.
