The bottle is quite durable and has only one tiny and insignificant dent despite a few harsh falls.
I managed to put a scratch on the powder coating while rock climbing, but the cup still works fine. Using a sleeve can protect it if you know you'll be banging it around on rocks or metal.
After about a month of usage, the rubber mouthpiece grows mold which is not good for my health. Many people are facing the same issue even though they clean it and use it only for water. Selling just the rubber part would be a better option instead of buying a whole new bottle unnecessarily.

I have a different style water bottle with a built-in plastic straw, but it leaked constantly. This bottle doesn't have that problem because the drinking spout doesn't have moving parts.
The lid doesn't stay closed and water leaks out, making the thermos pretty much useless. It also leaks all over if not held upright.

I like the mouthpiece of the bottle because it is comfortable to drink from and easy to clean. The cap that goes over it can also be locked to prevent spillage when tipped over, which I appreciate.
The bottle is easy to clean with a straw cleaner and the straw is clear, so I can be sure that there isn't anything gross growing in there.
