The bottle has a lock on it and doesn't leak. It keeps my drink hot and warm for a long time.
I have found that the bottle is not leak-proof. It leaks from the bottom of the lid or trigger when it is jostled or rolled, which negatively affects the capacity of insulated bottles.
86% praised the easy cleaning, whereas 14% struggled
I learned from my mom that the inside parts of the bottle can be pulled up and mostly out for better cleaning.
The lid is a bit difficult to clean, but it's not a major issue.
After running the tumbler under water after every use, I still find it covered with dry coffee residue everywhere.
95% appreciated its grip comfort, yet 5% were disappointed
The bottle feels great in my hand and fits nicely in a cupholder, even without a handle.
I prefer a toggle on/off feature to grasp the bottle farther down while drinking.
87% liked the insulation efficiency, but 13% didn't
I returned the newer models and bought four of the old model because I was not satisfied with their insulation efficiency.
92% found it leak resistant, whereas 8% faced issues
I was unsure about having to hold the button with each sip, but when the bottle flipped on its side while driving, it did not leak.
The bottle is spill-proof and keeps my coffee hot even if dropped.
I have a bottle with a lock that prevents leaks and keeps contents hot for a long time.
The bottle leaks from the bottom of the lid or trigger when jostled, jumped, or rolled. Fixing it is nearly impossible except for waiting for it to dry.
After 4 months of mild use, the drinking hole on my bottle started leaking heavily.
90% found the material durability, whereas 10% were disappointed
My wife's bottle is lighter in color and stays colder than my black bottle in outdoor heat.
I complained that the lid device came apart cleanly from the filled bottle, as if sheared off about 1/4 above the bottle opening. The lid device was in pieces, screws, springs, silicone closure at the mouth, everything just demolished.
77% were satisfied with the mouth size, but 23% weren't
This bottle is great for keeping next to me on the couch with my newborn and there have been no spills so far, possibly due to the mouth size of the bottle.
This mug requires taking the liquid full in the mouth, whereas the previous one had a raised lip and better mouth size.
I could barely get a full sip of coffee from the mouth part of the bottle as it leaked from the button when I pushed it to drink.
90% appreciated the portability, while 10% faced problems
I love the well-made bottle and appreciate its size of the opening and push mechanism.
I throw the bottle in my bag, lay it sideways at work when the normal shelf is full, and it is often upside down in the process of life.
After 4 months of mild use, it started leaking heavily from the drinking hole.
I measured the 20 oz bottle and found that it actually holds 20 oz with some room to spare.
