About Coleman FreeFlow Vacuum-Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle
Overall Feedback:
96% positive
94% appreciated the portability
The rubber foot prevents the bottle from making noise when set down and is an underrated feature.
My favorite bottle has the best locking lid and handle, exterior, insulated container, and rubber bottom.
83% were satisfied with the mouth size, but 17% weren't
The mouth of the bottle is big enough to drop ice cubes directly from the fridge and it can hold a good amount of liquid.
The mouth piece opening is smaller than a disposable water bottle, but no suction is required to pour out.
I could not find the feature of the lid that flips back combined with the button that has to be pressed for liquid to come out in all the major brands I looked for.
94% appreciated the material durability
I have taken the bottle everywhere and dropped it on all kinds of surfaces. The only damage it has is a chipped cement.
The water bottle is a true workhorse and has been through countless adventures, drops, and tumbles, yet it is still in excellent shape. The quality of construction is truly commendable.
94% found it leak resistant
I have not faced any leakage issues while using the bottle, even when it was rolling around the car floor, laying sideways in my purse, or laying beside me in bed all night.
96% appreciated its grip comfort
The thermos has a grippy non-slip material on the bottom, making it difficult to knock over accidentally.
The outside texture of the container is easier to grip and resistant to finger prints and paint chips.
The bottle is sturdy and ergonomic with a handy indent near the top for grasping. The spout is comfortable to drink from and spill-proof as advertised.
93% praised the easy cleaning, whereas 7% struggled
The bottle is easy to clean and the spout flips open underneath for easier access.
It can be difficult to clean parts of the lid, especially under the stopper, which may require dexterity or a bottle brush.
The lid is difficult to clean and prone to mildew. It's a hassle to clean and requires the use of small brushes.
92% were impressed by the capacity, although 8% expected more
If you buy the 40oz bottle, you will be ultra hydrated and ultra swole because it is not going to be light.
The bottle is heavier than expected for its size, but it's worth it for the many benefits, especially insulation.
The 40oz bottle is big and won't fit in cupholders. It may be tough to find a spot for it in a backpack, and I even have difficulty drinking from it one-handed since it's so heavy.
I have personally used the insulated-bottle and found it to be efficient in keeping drinks hot or cold for a long time. My tea was still hot at 3pm and the ice was still there at 5 and 6pm.
If the entire lip is not over the edge, some liquid will spill out the side of my mouth when I open the lid.
