I appreciate the durability of the little metal bracket that clips to the side of the pitcher.
The little metal bracket is essential as it clips to the side of the pitcher.
After calibrating the thermometer at 70 degrees C, it was not accurate at lower temperatures like 40 degrees C.

The temperature readings were inaccurate out of the box. However, I found a calibration nut to fix the problem. Although, it was not accurate at lower temperatures like 40 degrees C after calibrating it to 70 degrees C.
I was not able to tell the temperature of the milk and foam and was judging based on time and appearance of the foam. I was constantly overheating the milk but was not aware of it.
The thermometer is several degrees off around room temperature and 10-15F off by the time I reach boiling, even after calibration to 140.

I needed to verify some air temperature readings as laser temp readers can be inaccurate. I used a probe thermometer and it tied to the readings the AC tech was getting from his expensive, high tech devices.
I was tired of waiting for minutes to see the temperature readout, but now I get quick and accurate results. This helps me decide if I need to put it back in the oven or if it is at a safe temperature.
