About Epson EcoTank ET-3760 Wireless Color All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer with Scanner
Overall Feedback:
70% positive
74% found it easy to setup
I found the setup process simple and appreciated the ingenious design of loading ink to the wells. The tubes of ink are placed in their respective wells upside down and automatically fill to the proper level, making the process hassle-free. The instructions warned about spillage, but it was hard to mess up.
73% appreciated the printing speed, while 27% faced issues
I advise turning off the printer after each use. This will prevent the print heads from drying out and save seven minutes by avoiding additional cleaning cycles.
72% were satisfied with the connectivity options, while 28% weren't
The wireless network connection only works 10% of the time and the printer cannot be manually hooked up. It can be hooked up by IP Address, but it stops working if the printer goes to sleep.
I am unable to use half of the printer features when connected wirelessly via MacBook. The Epson utilities are nearly completely incapable of connecting over wireless and the customer support is wholly incapable of resolving the issue.
75% highlighted the color accuracy, but 25% were dissatisfied
To print in true color with good quality, I need to set the paper and print settings to "Matte" as the color output is greatly distorted.

The setup process is difficult and scanning is a painful task. Downloading Epson's programming is time-consuming and horrid.
