The setup was terrible and confusing. I should have returned the printer after the struggle but I held on hoping that my hours of work would pay off.

I faced difficulty setting up the wireless connection on my printer via desktop or manual setup. However, I was able to set it up easily using the app on my smartphone. I recommend setting up via the app first and then connecting laptops/desktops after.
I have faced connectivity issues with the printer. When I try to select the printer, it won't be there, and I have to go into wifi settings, make sure it's connected, restart the printer, and then it will show up. But when I try to print, it says cannot connect.
