About Canon G3260 All-in-One Printer
Overall Feedback:
76% positive
90% found it easy to setup, however, 10% faced challenges
I found the setup process a little complicated but was able to complete it by following the steps provided by Canon on their website.
I faced difficulty setting up the printer with direct phone to printer connection. It took me 4 hours to get it working properly via trial and error since instructions were a bit weak.
76% were satisfied with the connectivity options, while 24% weren't
I cannot use the printer for either wireless or wired USB as it does not have any USB port.
After a month, I couldn't get the printer to connect wirelessly, which was a feature I was hoping for.
84% highlighted the color accuracy, but 16% were dissatisfied
I found it wonderful that there was a slight variation in colors for the design on bookcase labels and it printed out with the same slight color variation.
I printed many pictures with the printer and only used about a 16th of the tank of black ink. The color accuracy is good and there was not much drop in the colors.
After six months, the printer stopped accurately printing color. Black and white prints are fine, but color is completely arbitrary and diverges wildly from what I send to print - entire images and pages are saturated in magenta.
88% appreciated the printing speed, while 12% faced issues
Once initiated, the printer takes a while to print. I compared it with my previous printer, HP 8610, which was really fast.
84% liked the print resolution, but 16% didn't
I have noticed that the scanning feature lacks clarity and documents turn out fuzzy even on the highest setting of 600dpi.
My first print was a scan of my driver's license and it came out perfect with clear and precise color.
