The black heat shrink in my package is perfect and lays flat, indicating good chemical resistance.
When I try to heat shrink it, the heat shrink turns chalky pink or black with chalky streaks, indicating that the product is not chemically resistant.
I noticed that the red tubing discolors easily if shrunk with a torch, indicating a lack of chemical resistance.

81% liked the strong adhesive bonding, but 19% experienced peeling
I received shrink wrap from the manufacturer that had minimal adhesive and did not have the stiffness or thickness of normal marine heat shrink.
