When I tested the temperature across the group with a more expensive thermometer, it was accurate within 1 or 2 degrees.
I tested the thermometers with Boveda calibration kits and found that four were accurate to the exact measurement, and the other two were accurate to within 1% RH. This is a very good result considering the listed accuracy is +/-5%.
The thermometers were accurate right out of the box and stayed accurate after power cycling, within 2 degrees of correct.
I found that the thermometer is fairly accurate after taking readings multiple times over a few days, with a difference of only +/- 3-5F.
