These containers are the sturdiest non-glass air-tight containers I have for food and have made fresh fruit last 3x longer in the fridge.
I have complained that the bag thickness is insufficient to seal 30% of deer jerky and it springs a leak after being sealed, causing freezer burn.
While using the vacuum cleaner, one end of a lasagna noodle curled up and punctured the bag, which caused an air leak and made it impossible to seal. This shows that the container is not air-tight enough.
