About KOIOS 800W Immersion Hand Blender
Overall Feedback:
78% positive
75% praised the included attachments, but 25% found them unnecessary
The attachments are very useful, especially the food processor attachment which pureed 4 pounds of peaches for making ice cream without any issues.
The blade is super sharp, it holds twice as much food product, and the motor is powerful.
The attachments keep falling off.
The metal rod with the blades won't stay up inside the attachment where it needs to be to meet the motor. I've experienced this issue with both of my immersion blenders.
65% liked the stainless steel blades, though 35% found them prone to rust
The immersion blender can hold twice as much food product and the blade is super sharp.
After 2 years, the metal rod with the blades will no longer stay up inside the attachment where it needs to be to meet the motor, causing the motor to turn but the blades won't.
If I get too rigorous with it, the whisk engine twists off of the main drive wand.
The milk froth tool and whipping tool shaft dropped out, rendering the gadget useless.
77% found it easy to clean, while 23% struggled with stuck-on food
The blade is super sharp, which could indicate how easy it is to clean.
I only hand washed the wand portion and neither blender was overly used.
The attachments keep falling off, indicating that it is difficult to clean and use.
The immersion blender is difficult to clean and maintain as it burns through and starts smelling like matches.
85% appreciated the long cord, but 15% found it too short
I have not mentioned anything about the cord length of immersion-blenders.
While using the immersion part of the blender, the sound suddenly changed.
72% found it comfortable to hold, though 28% experienced fatigue
The whisk and milk frother work great for mixing up anything.
The attachments keep falling off and it requires three hands to operate.
69% appreciated the quiet operation, while 31% found it too loud
The immersion blender is much smoother and easy to clean, and the attachments are very handy.
I noticed a change in the sound while using the immersion part of the blender.
70% liked the compact storage design
The immersion blender holds twice as much food product and the blade is super sharp.
I appreciate the variable speed control feature of this immersion blender, which allows better control over the fineness or aggressiveness of the task.
The speed dial on the top of the motor section is easy to use once you spot the tiny pointed 'lip' on the gold band surrounding it.
