About Beizuzu Cordless Hand Blender: 4-in-1 USB Rechargeable Immersion Blender
Overall Feedback:
87% positive
92% appreciated the variable speed control
I have an immersion blender with adjustable speed control which my old blender didn't have. It's nice to mix slow at first to avoid splattering and break up any big chunks before increasing the speed for a smoother consistency.
83% praised the included attachments, but 17% found them unnecessary
The whisk attachment is a nice feature, but I'm not sure how much better it works compared to whisking by hand.
The immersion blender has a design flaw making it nearly useless. The operating instructions indicate to twist attachments until they click into place, but there is no click when reaching the locked position.
The metal edges of the blade shroud are very sharp and can cut plastic mixing bowls and scratch up my pans.
81% liked the stainless steel blades, though 19% found them prone to rust

The whisk and blender attachments don't have a tight grip. It's easy to pop them off, which makes me wonder if they'll stay in place when whipping thick ingredients.
I found the product almost useless due to a design flaw.
86% found it easy to clean
I appreciate that the immersion blender has adjustable angles and comes apart for easy cleaning, specifically the bladed section separates from the mechanical portion.
The detachable blade is easy to clean and can be run in the top rack or hand washed in a pinch.
All the pieces came out fine after cleaning in the top rack of the dishwasher.
90% appreciated the long cord, but 10% found it too short
I can charge and use it without any cord.
The cord dangles in the way in front of the sink, which is inconvenient while cleaning the immersion blender.
85% found it comfortable to hold, though 15% experienced fatigue
I appreciate the feature of unlocking and twisting the immersion blender to one of three angles, which provides more options of use than a straight and non-adjustable blender.
The placement of the buttons is a little awkward. When I turn it to 90, the buttons I need to operate it are underneath. So its very easy to keep trying to hit the power button versus the start button because I cant see it. It would be better if the locking mechanism was underneath and then the power and start buttons were on top. The speed dial is at the end of the unit. I can easily adjust the speed with my other hand as the unit is running. If I dont have to be holding the bowl or a cup but again, it would make more sense to have a speed button on the top that I could just hit with my thumb to make it go faster as I am holding the tool.
The controls are not well designed for human use. When bending the unit, they are on the downside and cannot be seen.
80% praised its powerful motor, while 20% found it struggled with thick mixtures
The unit has a rotating dial that goes from very low power to moderate at the high end.
I have found that the blender performs well with light duty tasks, but fails to handle serious tasks.
84% appreciated the quiet operation, while 16% found it too loud
I did not mention the noise level of immersion-blenders.
The immersion blender requires holding the start button until the task is complete, which can be annoying for people with hand and wrist problems.
81% liked the compact storage design
The mini chopper/processor is perfect for whipping cottage cheese and small quantities of celery or nuts.

The speed/power of the frothing tool is too intense if used inside a regular mug. But, the system comes with a deep carafe that addresses that concern.
The immersion blender has three attachments - an immersion blade, a frother, and a whisk.
