I discovered that there were 4 adjusting screws under the label wrapped around the front of the boresighter. It was a bit challenging to get it right, but I was able to get it perfect by loosening all 4 screws and using a drill to slowly spin it while tightening the screws as needed to keep the laser at zero runout.
