We need a 6inch exhaust hose and vent for the product as it moves a lot of air, and 4inch would slow it down.

The fan worked well for 18 months, but then the motor stopped working.
I had to make a hole of the right size for the unit, but then realized that the hole needed to be enlarged so that the side exhaust panel could slide down to reach the bottom of the unit. This indicates that the product may not be durable enough to fit in all types of spaces.
