The 1st and 2nd speed settings are reasonably quiet while still pumping out a good amount of air.
I can use the fan in a bigger room, but I need to set the speed higher.
The fan has nice timing options and the air flow is very good. The only noise it makes is from the actual movement of air, not the fan itself.
The fan has a whisper setting that is barely audible and provides a slight air movement, making the room cooler.
