The fan is a little loud, but it's more of a white noise.
I find the fan to be louder than the advertised noise level.
I was surprised by how loud the fan was, despite being advertised as quiet enough to use while sleeping.

I noticed two drawbacks of the fan. Firstly, I can't set the temperature where it shuts off when the desired temperature is reached. Secondly, sometimes while blowing hot, I feel a blast of cool air come through.
