These scouring pads are much more durable and long-lasting than dollar store scouring pads. They are economical and will last for a very long time.
The pads can be reused for quite some time before they thin out and the goo that comes off can be washed out of them.
The scrub pads are industrial grade heavy duty and can be used to sand wood or remove paint from surfaces to be re-painted or refinished.
Using these scouring pads/sticks has caused scratches on almost all my metal dishes.
