This charger is one of the few good quality ones that can charge protected 21700 cells, which is a necessity for me.
I gave a 2-star rating for the build quality of the battery charger. Although I liked its appearance and interface, its performance was disappointing.
I believe the issue is related to a design flaw rather than a defective unit.
I am probably going to try a replacement VC4SL for this evidently defective unit, indicating that the build quality of the charger is not up to the mark.

I can charge my batteries correctly with the various charge speeds available in the charging function.

This charger is fast, intelligent and has useful features like storage and grade mode which is a must have when I have so many different batteries.
The Grade Mode cycle takes several hours to complete, hindering my ability to evaluate the problem further.
