I think this charger is amazing. I've had good chargers in the past, but this one is better. I can now charge 2 sets of batteries at a time and it only takes a couple of hours.
If I test the batteries in the charger and they work better than the ones I received from the seller, I'll assume the charger works fine and the seller received some bad batteries. I'll revise my review and bump it up to 4 stars for customer service since after the refund I essentially got what I wanted for a few dollars less.
The plastic housing is adequate, although it is a bit more flexible than I would like.
