I received more than a dozen Li-Ion batteries with chargers from the vendor for 100% satisfaction. This shows that the batteries have good build quality and are of higher quality and more expensive.
The charger arrived with a scratched screen, but it's not a big issue.

The charger doesn't switch off when batteries are inserted the wrong way around. It starts charging whenever something is entered into the slots, regardless of the orientation. This could be a safety concern, particularly for households with children.
I faced a safety issue with the battery charger as one of my 2800mah batteries would not charge in any slot.
I have complained about the safety features of the charger. The charge meter is not accurate and gives false positives on full charge, causing the charging to stop too early. This can lead to unreliable charging, which is a safety issue.
