I find this charger to be the best in terms of value and ease of use, especially with its 8-cell capacity.
The charger consistently charges 18650 cells to full capacity, unlike the iMax B6 which has inconsistent battery discharge results.

I have a charger that is very powerful and charges batteries in record speed.
I expected my eneloop batteries to be fully charged in 5-7 hours at 0.3A charging speed, but they reached "100%" in 30 minutes. However, disconnecting and re-sitting the batteries showed that they were only 50+% and 60+% charged. I had to repeat this process multiple times until I felt they were fully charged, which took a few hours as I had originally expected.

I suspect that the battery charger can run from a car adapter if I buy the right one, but it currently runs from a plug in the wall transformer that converts 120v AC to 12v DC.

We should keep the device safe from liquids as even the slightest contact with water can cause rust/corrosion internally, rendering the affected bay useless until the entire device is taken apart and cleaned.
