I have been using this hot-cold-water dispenser daily since I bought it and only charged it once. It has not failed me once and I love it, which shows that the product has good durability.
I hope the gadget will last long.

I find the device easy to charge, clean and it works great.
There is a small silicon piece that is not pictured in the instructions or the packing list and it is easy to think that it should be thrown away.
When removed from the top of a 3 gallon water bottle and placed on top, the device works fine, but has trouble threading through the hole due to vacuum.

The setup is very easy and there is a charging cord for recharging.
I have complained about the poor instructions for assembling the unit, and the silicon connector not latching onto anything and the nozzle popping out.
There is a small silicon piece that is not pictured in the instructions or the packing list that just looked like a cap for packing or shipment so it is very easy to think that you should just throw it away. DONT Throw it away! The stainless steel water dispenser tube looks in the instruction sheet like you are supposed to screw it into the plastic housing (there are rotating arrows drawn on the directions, and the excellent verbiage of the instructions says rotating propulsion of the stainless steel tube !) However, the piece is not threaded and will not screw in. If you just try to rest it in, it is loose and will immediately fall back out. The small silicon sleeve fits on the end of the stainless steel tube and then you push the entire thing into the plastic pump housing. Then it will fit securely and not fall out.
