The plastic cover where the bottle goes pops off every time I replace a bottle, leading to water spills. This was not an issue with my old model.

I like the safety feature button for the hot water option.
The safety features of the hot-cold-water-dispensers are not very safe as a three year old can open the front safety door and the red latching for the hot water is not secure. It may work if the child is not tall enough to reach it. I have personally faced this problem while using the hot-cold-water-dispensers and based on my experience, I can say that they are not very safe.

I do not like the fact that the water temperature cannot be controlled. Also, the room temperature water comes out as cold as the cold water dispenser.
I received a unit with temperature control issues. The hot side didn't heat the water and the cold side didn't get cold, resulting in room temperature water from either spicket.
