I have noticed that there is a short in the cord causing it to turn off while using it. If I turn it a certain way and cause the cord to move, it turns off, and then when I move it again it will come back on.
After only 1 month of use, the cord developed a short depending on how I held the brush.

There are only two main heat settings - low and high, with a "cool" setting that should actually be the "low" heat setting. The "low" heat should be considered as "medium".
