The bristle line is made of ceramic and it soothes out my hair as it heats it.
The bristles do not protect my fingers or scalp from burns.
At the lowest setting, my scalp felt burned and the bristles of the hot-air-brush felt like they were stabbing my head.
80% appreciated the barrel size and shape, while 20% were disappointed
The rows of teeth are too far apart and can cause burning of scalp and/or hands.
I returned the product because the barrel size was not big enough for my liking. I prefer a 1.5 inch barrel size.

The product has two sets of teeth - black ones that stay cool and red ones that heat up.
The hot-air-brush has different heat settings and an automatic off mode, which is useful when I am in a hurry and forget to turn it off.
It is very hard to handle due to the heat burning my fingers and the orange ceramic teeth make it impossible to curl at the root.
