I have burned myself a few times while trying to hold on to the end button of the hot-air-brush because it gets too hot.
The brush doesn't heat up the cylinder as it should and the ON and OFF switch is in the middle of the brush.

I am not getting a good flip on my long hair with the hot-air-brush because its head is not as wide as my other one.
I can't get the strangely shaped barrel close enough to my scalp to grab on and keep my roots from being frizzy.
