I immediately felt how sturdy the chair was and was really happy about the head support. I spend 6-8 hours a day at a desk so comfort is paramount. The lumbar support is also great.
All necessary tools were provided and having a power driver to tighten the screws helped me to set up within 30 mins. The packaging was intact.
I have tried other ergonomic chairs before and was pleasantly surprised by this one. My back pain and strain has reduced comfortably after using this chair.

Assembly was straightforward and took about 30-45 minutes. All parts were present with extra screws included, and Ticova even included a pair of white gloves for this task.
I am disappointed with the assembly and maintenance of the chair. The parts of the chair look like they are used or not manufactured properly, which is surprising for a chair that costs around 150+ dollars.
