This ergonomic chair is awesome with a modern style. It fits my body after adjustment and is very comfortable, especially the head and waist support. The armrests are firm and adjustable. The construction of the chair feels sturdy.

I appreciate the adjustable armrests of the chair, which prevent strain in the shoulders and neck by positioning them at the perfect height.
I can adjust the armrests of the Sytas Ergonomic Home Office Chair to my desired angle, reducing strain and tension in my arms and shoulders.

I need an ergonomic chair for my home office since I work from home a lot. However, I am not pleased with this chair as it does not sit straight up for me in the back and I find it hard to get comfortable in it. I also do not like the rocking feeling as it feels like I am going to fall over. I would have never bought it if I had known this was how the chair was.
The armrests of the chair are adjustable but they move in and out very easily and not out of the way when raised. When leaning on them and moving your arm, the rest will swivel with you. They also protrude into your side when lifted up and you lean to the side. Thus, I suggest that the armrests should go back just a bit to clear the body.
