The chair is great for me as it has adjustable height, lumbar support, and flip-up armrests. The back support is just what I need and the ability to adjust the support and height is hard to find.
I appreciate the ergonomic design of the chair, which helps maintain a natural posture and provides a comfortable seat cushion.
80% liked the recline functionality, but 20% didn't
I had problems with the chair not going into real recline mode and it went into permanent recline mode while also listing to the right.
85% were satisfied with the armrest adjustability, but 15% weren't
I am not satisfied with the armrests of the chair. They are too low and short to be of much use, and so loose/wobbly that I thought at first I put them on incorrectly.
